Key Areas of Responsibility
- Quotes and Estimates Management: Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce. Obtains approval from clients and helps advocate for maintenance contracts, replacement of equipment, and other service work inside our scope.
- Project Planning: Leads projects by making sure the installation team is briefed on the SOW. Starts projects, as necessary, with the installation team. Makes sure projects meet current code requirements and are ready for final inspection. Orders permits and meets inspectors for final inspections when necessary.
- Work Order Management: Assists Service Technicians with technical problem solving and delivery of materials and supplies to expedite job completion with timeliness and quality. Reviews open work orders with leadership and validates notes are updated and accurate and makes necessary adjustments prior to invoicing.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensures high quality operational standards by following best practices to maximize workflows, technology, and information to continuously improve branch performance. Manages key performance indicators to ensure consistency between locations and adherence to the TWC Way. This includes daily service ticket review, maintaining hold board statuses, attending 3:00 meetings, and following dispatch best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Technical Training Program Completion
- Moderate Travel
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
