Installation Manager

Duties And Responsibilities

• Cook reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Cook the operation of the installation teams within the service area.
• Cook day-to-day overall leadership and management to warehousing team and sub-contractors.
• Create the daily job installation schedule, along with the production schedule to ensure efficiency in the weekly install schedule.
• Cook monitor the completion of the daily schedule and creates reports to track completed jobs and rework.
• Cook work with Operations and Sales to deliver successful projects on time and on budget with desired level of quality.
• Cook provides forecast and project feedback to Branch General Manager.
• Cook provides technical expertise to sub-contractors on safe installation methods and techniques, as well as artisan advice.
• Cook coaches installation crews to maximize productivity while ensuring safe and quality work.
• Cook implements innovative ideas to develop and enhance our install culture.
• Cook develops and maintains excellent working relationships with vendors and property managers.
• Cook partners cross-functional team (sales and administration) to ensure success.
• Cook supports attainment of department and company-wide goals.

Requirements

• Cook a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Cook minimum 3 years flooring fabrication experience.
• Cook minimum 3 years project management experience.
• Cook experience in multi-family construction preferred.
• Cook secondary education in business management or related field preferred.
• Cook RFMS systems experience a plus.
• Cook local travel is required.

Physical Requirements

• Cook a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Cook minimum 3 years of flooring installation experience.
• Cook minimum 3 years project management experience.
• Cook experience in multi-family construction preferred.
• Cook secondary education in business management or related field preferred.
• Cook RFMS systems experience a plus.
• Cook bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.
