Installation Manager

We're looking for an Installation Manager to join America’s leading window & door company. You will manage the installation life cycle, including the direction of subcontractors and decisions affecting the financial outcome of the project. We bring on folks who are proud of the work they do and the products they install. You must be dedicated to working with individual homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

• Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
• Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
• Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks at hand.
• Ability to travel within location territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

USD $68,000.00 - USD $72,000.00 per year
