Installation Engineer - US

Job Title: Installation Engineer Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on qualifications) Position Summary This position is responsible for traveling to customer sites and installing Domino supplied printers and accessories. Location Field Based Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions Travel to locations including customers, vendors, and Domino offices (80%-100%)Install Domino supplied printers and accessories at customer sitesProvide technical (product) and Health & Safety training to customers on Domino-supplied productsEnsure all installations are completed so that any hoses, cables, or wires are routed in a neat visually appealing mannerUndertake on-site and remote fault finding and repair of Domino-supplied equipment. Carryout repair services or preventative maintenance services to maximize uptime in line with Customer production schedules and equipment specificationsProvide telephone technical support when appropriateMaintain records of and follow Domino service procedures and technical bulletinsLiaise appropriately with site personnel who may include managers, operators, maintenance staff, and electriciansProvide timely response to internal and external CustomersInitiate proactive action on behalf of the CustomerProvide closed loop feedback on all escalated Customer actionsWork comfortably in a remote environment Self-motivated/organized, and operates without the need for direct supervision/guidancePerforms all administrative work-related tasks in a timely manner.Manage Domino parts inventory for accuracy Ensure work area is clean and safe at all times Supervisory Responsibilities None What You Need Education & Experience Associates degree in a technical field required5 years of related experience servicing or maintaining electro-mechanical equipmentExperience using basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment like digital volt metersValid Driver’s License required Skills & Knowledge Excellent Communication Skills Able to work with different levels of employees/customers Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks Physical Demands Medium work. Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time, with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
