Installation Coordinator

About the role

The Inspection Coordinator role involves reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity, confirming dates, customer status, and any past-due balances, proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections, ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion, and coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports. Secondary responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections
• Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion
• Coinciding with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports
• Supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects
• Sharing phone coverage responsibilities with the Service Coordinator

Benefits

Individual compensation offered for this position within the range of $20.00 - $23.00/hr, depending on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Pay
