Install Technician III (Rough-In)
About the role
A Lead Rough-In Duct Installer is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate should be bi-lingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, familiar with HVAC duct systems, detail-oriented, skilled in timely delivery, and have at least 3 years of driving experience with a clean record.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install HVAC duct systems including rigid plenums and flexible trunk lines, exhaust venting, copper lines, and PVC drain lines.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Deliver work efficiently and positively interact with colleagues.
Requirements
- Bi-lingual and fluent in English and Spanish.
- Familiar with HVAC duct fabrication and installation.
- Detailed and quality-focused work ethic.
- Experience as a driver with a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of driving experience.
- Passion for teamwork and professional conduct.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (bi-lingual).
- Proficiency in HVAC duct fabrication and installation.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Effective time management and punctuality.
