Install Technician III (Rough-In)

About the role

A Lead Duct Mechanic (rough-in) is needed to support our Production Housing team. The ideal candidate should be bi-lingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, familiar with HVAC duct systems, detailed oriented, skilled in timely delivery, and have at least 3 years of driving experience with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install HVAC duct systems including rigid plenums and flexible trunk lines, exhaust venting, copper lines, and PVC drain lines.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Deliver work promptly with a positive and encouraging attitude towards colleagues.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
• Familiarity with HVAC duct fabrication and installation
• Detailed oriented and pride in work quality
• Experience driving for at least 3 years with a clean driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Schedule

The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend work as needed.
