Install Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Install Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling electrical components according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions, installing these products at customer sites or within production environments, and documenting the work performed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Install assembled products at customer sites or within production environments, as required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and installation equipment safely and correctly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Document work performed, including installation reports, checklists, and quality records.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• The ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions and apply common sense when needed.
• The ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math functions.
• The ability to problem solve.

Qualifications

• Previous experience bending conduit is a plus.
