About the role

Amazon's Middle Mile is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis of trailer performance and customer experience metrics across Amazon's Middle Mile network
• Translate complex operational trends into clear insights and actions that drive improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of team management experience
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience conducting behavioral interviews and hiring, Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or experience in professional or military IT-related roles, certification in a relevant field (CCENT - Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician, Network+, or CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate), Experience in a data center or other critical environment, Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
