Install Supervisor - Entry Door

About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the entry door install department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Review monthly financial and operational reports; develop action plans with front-line managers to drive improvement
• Improve individual performance of field staff through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
• Review customer survey data and respond to customer concerns
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; minimum of two (2) years of experience managing personnel (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
