Duties
- Onsite supervision of installation of Audio Enhancement equipment in schools and other locations
- Troubleshooting equipment and resolving issues on site as necessary
- Aid Field Engineers and Managers in commissioning and other field work
- Ensures team keeps job sites clean
- Complete reports for all projects and communicate with stakeholders
- Overnight travel as necessary (typically about 2 weeks per month)
- Meet installation deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bilingual preferred - English/Spanish
- Installation experience
- Attention to Detail
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of audio-visual installation techniques and equipment
- Possesses ability to overnight travel
- Supervisor or training experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office
