Install Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Execute structural steel components according to engineered prints and foreman direction
• Absorb and apply layout, positioning, alignment, and securing of materials
• Bolt, weld, and assemble steel structures as needed
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow instructions to ensure work is completed correctly the first time
• Verify bolts are properly torqued, materials are aligned, and installations are level and square
• Identify and promptly communicate errors, damage, or inconsistencies to the foreman
• Participate in final touch-ups and job site cleanup
• Collaborate with crew members to meet daily and project goals
