Install Coordinator
About the role
Rite-Hite Installation Coordinators serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales and service departments. They track incoming orders, monitor shipment and dates, ensure proper equipment and staff are scheduled for installations, and escalate issues for prompt resolution. Additionally, they are responsible for accurate invoicing, reviewing completed jobs, and analyzing profitability.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of related experience
- Prior experience in a commercial or industrial equipment installation or project management environment preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial equipment installation processes

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
