Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair
- Install and replace garage door parts and equipment
- Educate the Customer
- Sell Service, Repairs, and New Equipment
- Manage Inventory in Your Vehicle
Basic Position Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills (plus)
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently
- Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Able to work in the heat and cold
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Reliable and able to serve customers following our process
- Knowledge and experience in the garage door industry (preferred but not required)
- Able to use a computer and/or tablet
- Able to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment
