Job Description

INSPIRE offers future and recent graduates the opportunity to jumpstart their hospitality careers at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. During an 18-month period, participants gain valuable leadership experience and benefit from other program features including:

  • Cross-exposure – Rotate between several teams across the assigned departments.
  • Specialization – Develop expertise by working in one division, transferring between specific focuses.
  • A customized INSPIRE Program Outline tailored to individual needs.
  • A Peer Ambassador to help settle into your role and responsibilities.
  • A Mentor to guide your progress and learning.
  • A Property Project to showcase your skills and innovative attributes.
  • Ongoing feedback from your leadership team to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year cumulative experience in hospitality (preferred) or a customer-service-oriented environment.
  • Post-secondary education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Hospitality or Business is an asset.
  • Desire to advance your hospitality career with strong ability, engagement, and motivation.
  • Agile and able to work well in fast-paced environments, willing to learn and commit to a role.
  • Legal working eligibility in the country you are applying for.
