Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to areas such as product management, sales/marketing, strategy, M&A, continuous improvement, operations, and supply chain.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and execute key performance indicators.
• Develop broad business understanding and leadership skills.
• Work within a mentorship framework, proactively seek feedback, and demonstrate continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA track.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in industrial products.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and flexible to work across the US.
• Ability to work legally in the US without sponsorship.

Pay

Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $160,000.
