Inspector - Second Shift

About the role

As an Inspector, you will handle collection and testing of special customer requests, ensuring all project requirements are met with integrity. The role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill collection requirements promptly
• Assist with customer follow-up tasks
• Use web cameras to document device conditions
• Research and verify item compliance with client criteria
• Maintain communication with management
• Identify and disqualify damaged devices
• Escalate potential exposures or issues to management

Requirements

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and critical thinking
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years experience in a similar role (preferred)
