About the Role
As an Inspector, you will be responsible for collecting, testing, and verifying special customer requests to ensure all requirements are met while maintaining the integrity of special project requests. You will handle device collection, assist with customer follow-ups, and communicate closely with management to support efficient supply chain operations. This role requires critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill collection requirements promptly
- Assist with customer follow-up and communicate with management
- Use a web camera to document device conditions and capture damage
- Research and verify items to meet collection criteria
- Identify and escalate potential issues or damages to management
Requirements
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to lift 10–25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Two years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic, confidentiality, and integrity
