Inspector - Second Shift

About the Role

As an Inspector, you will collect, test, and verify special customer requests to ensure all requirements are met while maintaining the integrity of special project requests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely collections and assist with customer follow-up
• Communicate with management regarding project status and issues
• Capture device damage via webcam and document findings accurately
• Research items and escalate potential issues
• Ensure proper processing of aged devices
• Support management with follow-up tasks
• Maintain open communication with the team
• Identify and escalate potential issues promptly

Requirements

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret documents and procedures critically
• Physical ability to lift 10–25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred)

Schedule

Primarily afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.
