Inspector Packer I- 3rd Shift

About the role

You will collaborate closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing tasks on the 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM). The wage is $20.34 per hour plus a $0.30 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Check molded or extruded parts visually for quality defects as outlined by the quality requirements.
• Perform post-molding/extrusion operations such as buffing, scraping, deburring, assembly, etc., as assigned.
• Pack quality parts in the appropriate cartons with correct labeling and quantities.
• Segregate and report non-conforming product according to procedures.
• Maintain proper accounting and recording of production data such as run records, scrap sheets, etc.
• Record SPC/SQC data where applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Overtime required at times.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions, math, and measuring.
• Strong attendance record and punctuality.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Individual looking to advance within the company.
