Inspector - Level 3 (2nd shift)

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and document non-conformances and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance process.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in aerospace inspection with a strong understanding of quality control processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and non-destructive testing methods.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation accurately.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace inspection or quality assurance roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital inspection and reporting tools is a plus.

About the role

Play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of aerospace products and components. Report directly to the Quality Manager and work out of the Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.
