Inspector - Level 3 1st Shift
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformances to the quality team.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date to guarantee accurate measurements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and recommending process enhancements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in performing detailed inspections and quality control in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, ensuring precise measurements.
- Experience with quality documentation systems and the ability to accurately record and report inspection data.
- Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action processes to support quality improvements.
- Achieved associate degree or higher in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple inspection tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies.
