Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed inspections of materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Document inspection results and report any deviations or non-conformances to the appropriate teams for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Experience with quality management systems and documentation practices.
  • Associate degree or technical certification in quality assurance, manufacturing, or related field.
  • Experience in aerospace, industrial, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
