Monday–Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with some voluntary overtime available.
Pay
$18.00 per hour.

Onsite daily; local candidates only.
About the role
We are seeking an extremely dependable associate who demonstrates strong onsite attendance, personal accountability, and a high standard of performance. While we can train the necessary job skills, we prioritize candidates who can be consistently present and bring a strong moral compass.
Responsibilities
- Complete inspections of materials and file quality records, including receiving files and non-conforming material reports.
- Maintain the receiving area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Check and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect received goods to ensure quality.
- Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain careful records.
- Count, weigh, or measure items of incoming shipments to verify information against invoices, orders, bills of lading, or other records.
- Route items to various departments.
- Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items.
- Ensure incoming shipments meet specifications and identify non-conforming or defective materials.
- Check inbound inventory and administer processing.
- Perform various testing procedures and simple statistical analysis related to sampling.
- Provide supplemental quality support to ongoing projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical degree or professional certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience performing mechanical inspections in an FDA or ISO regulated environment preferred, but negotiable.
- Previous quality experience preferred.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of inspection/sampling techniques and familiarity with ANSI/ASQ Z1.4.
- Basic familiarity with FDA QSR and/or ISO 9000/ISO 13485 Quality System Requirements.
- Knowledge of mechanical and physical inspection techniques (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.).
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a “do it right the first time” attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operational procedures/specifications.
- Ability to lift a 30 lb load from the floor.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for more than four hours per day.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use a computer to enter data and prepare reports.
