Responsibilities

• Review all Inspections Reports and submit to proper 3rd party AHJ portal from Service Tickets assigned to all Inspection contract types.
• Review all Inspection Reports found on Service Tickets and submit to proper 3rd party AHJ portals.
• Note discrepancies on Inspection Reports and alert Sales Team if a new quoted service for repair is needed.
• Enter all corrected discrepancies into the proper AHJ portal to complete the report.
• Assist with Inspections Billing as requested.
• Handle each transaction in a way that positively promotes the Company’s reputation.
• Complete continuing education necessary to maintain current certifications and/or licenses as required for position.
• Work safely by using good judgment and following all Company safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an office, management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must continuously adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standards.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to use a telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
