About the role

Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings and structures for compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Communicate with property owners and contractors regarding inspection results and necessary improvements.
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
- Experience with safety equipment and tools.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office.
