Inspection Support Rep II

The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company (HSB) was founded on June 30, 1866. About the role

In addition to performing all of the functions of the Inspection Support Rep I, this role involves making outbound phone calls to customers to respond to varied requests for information or to research information to be maintained in HSB systems. You will call internal and external customers to create service orders using the Worksource processes and update information in the Work Management system, Location Processing System, and/or internet databases.

Requirements

• High School diploma is required; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience is required
• Experience with HSB working in customer service
• Experience working in a call center environment
