About the role

Promotes Stewart services and solutions through various sales and marketing activities designed to ensure customer success while maximizing Stewart revenue and market share. Provides administrative and specialized operational support to sales representatives and/or sales teams to assist with the selling and closing of Stewart products in accordance with sales goals as specified by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers
• Effectively resolve inquiries or escalate concerns in a timely fashion
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines
• Understand how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
• Impact own team through the quality of the support provided
• Recognize and solve typical problems; select solutions from established options
• Communicate moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team
• Work under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
• Manage own workload as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
