Clean Harbors is looking for Chemical Handlers to join our safety‑conscious team! This entry‑level role offers on‑the‑job training, a clear path for advancement, and the chance to work directly with customers while staying active and applying knowledge of science and chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Make waste pickups throughout a customer’s facility
• Conduct chemical bulking and consolidation
• Package and label waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance
• Participate in spill response on customer sites as needed
• Operate forklifts
• Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of waste‑hauling vehicles
• Complete waste‑stream sampling and profiling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Grade 4 Industrial Wastewater License preferred
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical
