Clean Harbors is looking for Chemical Handlers to join our safety‑conscious team. This entry‑level position offers training, career advancement, and the chance to work directly with customers while handling hazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Make waste pickups throughout multiple customer sites daily.
• Conduct chemical bulking and consolidation.
• Package and label waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Participate in spill response on customer sites as needed.
• Operate forklifts.
• Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of waste‑hauling vehicles.
• Complete waste stream sampling and profiling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk 10 K steps.
• Valid driver’s license (Grade 4 Industrial Wastewater License preferred).
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
