About the role

We are seeking an Insights Partner to drive career pathways initiatives. This role will leverage AI tools to support the analysis and interpretation of data related to career development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement career pathway strategies using AI-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute career development programs
• Conduct data analysis to inform career pathway recommendations and improvements
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career development and AI applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in career development or related field
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
