About the Opportunity

The Insights Analyst role is part of the Insights team responsible for delivering clear, data-driven presentations and actionable business recommendations to clients in the food and beverage sector. This position contributes by mastering syndicated products and supporting clients through tailored reports and presentations, ultimately enhancing client decision-making and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Use syndicated products to extract data and create insightful, impactful stories addressing client needs
• Provide actionable insights to clients
• Deliver excellent customer service with a client-focused approach
• Suggest project enhancements beyond initial requests to improve storytelling and identify upsell opportunities
• Represent client feedback internally to improve company solutions

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in market research, data insights, or similar analytical roles
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize diverse data into clear narratives
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Effective communication and consultative skills for diverse client audiences
• Familiarity with G-Suite, intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience in foodservice is a plus

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Base salary range: $70,000-$75,000
Annual performance-based bonus: 7%
