Insight Research Analyst Senior

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Insight Research Analyst Senior to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead advanced research efforts that inform marketing strategy, customer understanding, and business decision-making in a highly regulated financial services environment. The analyst will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design the right research approach, uncover actionable insights, and guide recommendations that support growth and operational effectiveness. The position also involves mentoring peers, navigating complex issues, and helping strengthen research discipline across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects
• Determine appropriate research methodologies to address business challenges
• Conduct advanced research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Translate research findings into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience
• 6 years of member/customer-focused market research or consulting experience, including quantitative analytics
• Demonstrated leadership experience in project management

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience with research methods such as surveys and focus groups
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Pay

$103,450 – $197,730 annually
