What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-ins
- Process orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare quotations and provide pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines
- Support outside sales by sourcing products and preparing quotes
- Manage key accounts, including Oil & Gas customers
- Aid customers with product selection and application solutions
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and technical support
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that keeps customers coming back

What You Bring
- Prior inside sales and/or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, data entry, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Efficient in Windows-based programs including Excel, Word, and Teams
- Willingness to learn and take direction when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Pumps, Motors, Rotating equipment, Industrial products
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Office, SAP Ariba, and/or Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
- Experience performing a majority of the functions described in this role

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office-based, customer-facing position within an active shop environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (with equipment as needed)
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons

- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to work in-person in Anchorage, AK
