About the role

Field Service Technician work focuses on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This includes performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions, determining when products should be upgraded or replaced, and may provide onsite training for customer support personnel.

Responsibilities

• Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
• Provides assistance and training to lower‑level employees.
• Handles problems that are not routine and require analysis to understand.

Qualifications

A Support 3 level position requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
