Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, including builders, contractors, and repeat clients.
• Manage all communications, quotes, and project coordination with proactive follow-up for a seamless customer experience.
• Guide clients through product selection, design decisions, and project expectations.
• Prepare accurate quotes and sales orders, ensuring all measurements, specifications, and pricing meet company standards.
• Track leads and opportunities in systems to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Template, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and job site readiness.
• Proactively resolve issues and maintain clear documentation for internal teams.
• Deliver a high-quality experience that embodies Valley View Granite brand standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in creating reports and analyzing data to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
• Strong communication skills to maintain clear channels with clients and internal teams.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations or occasional in-home consultations.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform routine office and showroom activities.
• Consistent attendance to maintain team cohesion and meet project deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, positive, and teachable attitude.
• Must pass a 7-year background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Pay

$11–$40 per hour.
