Inside Sales - Williston, VT

About the role

NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full-time, Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Williston, VT! Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Responsibilities

- Grow sales and gross margin. - Take orders over the phone, in person, and via our Digital Tools. - Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required. - Provide customers with information and demonstrations of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website. - Participate in ongoing training for Digital Tools. - Utilize resources inside and outside the company to assist in closing sales and providing service. - Participate in processes and programs aimed at promoting our digital tools to enhance the customers' buying experience. - Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share. - Back up and provide assistance to the counter. - Perform other duties as required or directed by Manager.

Requirements

- High School Diploma required. - 2 Year College or Vocational School preferred with emphasis on electrical and construction industry or equivalent knowledge through job-related experience and training. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and website navigation.

Pay

$26 to $28 per hour plus commission.
