Description: Take Ten Tire and Service has an exciting Inside Sales opportunity. You must be energetic, team-oriented, and understand the importance of being the company's face. Experience in automotive repair and maintenance, and/or tire sales and maintenance is a definite plus. This job is demanding and competitive, and requires a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to customer service. The position focuses on resolving customer and vehicle-related issues, meeting predetermined service sales objectives, and thoroughly and accurately performing designated administrative tasks. Essential FunctionsPromptly greet every service customer in a friendly, courteous manner.Listen to customers' reasons for bringing their vehicle to the service department.Recommend appropriate diagnostic services or repairs to address customers' concerns.Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.Maintain open communication with technicians and the shop foreman regarding job status updates.Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not exacerbate the issues.Make policy adjustments within management-established guidelines and budgets.Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry.Write and complete work orders, explain the work done to the customer, and collect payments.Strive to ensure that every customer is very satisfied with the level of service the shop offers.Provide superior customer service at all times.Make yourself available for and complete all required and additional training the Company offers.Perform other duties as required by management.Adhere to company policies and legal regulations at all times when conducting business. #tires #tiretech #commercialtires #frontcounter #Shawnee #oklahoma #insidesales #serviceadvisor Requirements: Customer Service backgroundAutomotive backgroundStrong phone skillsAble to stand for long periodsAbility to work with a computer systemWork Environment & Physical DemandsTire shop environmentRegular standing, walking, bending, and liftingAbility to lift up to 50lbsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental Insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company matching up to 4% Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
