About the role
GTT Commercial Tires helps trucking companies keep trucks rolling and cash flowing. We’re an Inc 5000 business with 3,000+ 5-star reviews serving commercial trucking customers across Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Prospect owner-operators, small fleets, and local commercial accounts by phone.
- Follow up on open quotes and past customers until they buy or die.
- Set and confirm appointments with business and fleet contacts.
- Prepare quotes for commercial tires and related services and close the sale while protecting gross profit.
- Enter notes, next steps, and follow-ups in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Cook with technicians, service advisors, and store leadership to ensure customers get exactly what was promised.
- Build long-term relationships so accounts keep buying from GTT, not the guy down the street.
Requirements & schedule
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Commercial tire, automotive, trucking, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required if you’re coachable.
- Comfortable with customer facing interactions, using a phone, computer, and CRM.
- Strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, and professional appearance.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday with a rotating schedule based on store needs (some Saturdays required).

Pay
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Saturday with a rotating schedule based on store needs (some Saturdays required).
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Commercial tire, automotive, trucking, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required if you’re coachable.
