About the role

Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their remote sales team. This is a fully remote phone sales position focusing on outbound performance and deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar
  • Qualifying potential customers
  • Scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team

Requirements

  • Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience
  • Tech savvy + strong computer skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred
  • Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer
  • Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance
  • Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Reliable work ethic

Full-time Schedules

  • Track 1: Thursday to Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Track 2: Friday to Tuesday 11 AM - 8 PM EST
