About the role
Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their remote sales team. This is a fully remote phone sales position focusing on outbound performance and deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar
- Qualifying potential customers
- Scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team
Requirements
- Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience
- Tech savvy + strong computer skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred
- Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer
- Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance
- Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- Reliable work ethic
Full-time Schedules
- Track 1: Thursday to Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Track 2: Friday to Tuesday 11 AM - 8 PM EST
