Responsibilities
- Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching
- Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
- Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
- Conduct virtual demos and close new business
- Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)
- Source and qualify new business leads through outbound outreach
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs
- Present customized solutions and close deals directly
- Manage your full sales pipeline with autonomy
- Work toward and surpass monthly sales goals
Requirements
- No sales experience required, just a desire to grow
- A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Coachability and willingness to take feedback
- Strong communication skills

Pay
