Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads coming into the office.
- Cold call and schedule appointments with prospects.
- Field questions and follow up on inquiries.
- Schedule and send out information packages.
- Aid in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.
- Engage in other lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Experience in successfully scheduling appointments and/or other relevant phone sales experience.
- Must be a US citizen.
Qualifications
- Loves a faster-paced, NO DRAMA environment.
- Enjoys helping talk to people.
- Doesn't want to travel and prefers talking to people over the phone.
- Extremely detail-oriented and appreciates people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving success.

- Excellent documentation, organization, and phone skills.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Email, Teams, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
