Inside Sales Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to become a key part of our front-end operations and customer experience. This is primarily an inbound sales role. Most opportunities will come to you—you are not expected to spend your day cold-calling strangers. Your job is to understand what customers need, recommend the right solution, follow up when necessary, and turn qualified opportunities into booked, profitable work. You'll also take ownership of the daily Service Professional schedule, keeping them booked with billable hours, coordinate communication between customers and our field team, and develop targeted relationships with commercial property managers, national service providers, and other strategic partners. In short: you help turn opportunities into revenue and make sure the customer experience delivers on the promise we made.
This is a fast-paced, high-information role. You'll work across multiple screens and systems while managing calls, texts, emails, customer information, schedules, follow-up, and changing priorities. You must be able to learn and retain information, move quickly between tasks, stay organized, and make good decisions when things don't go exactly according to plan.
What You'll Do
- Inbound Sales & Customer Experience: Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services. Convert qualified opportunities into booked appointments and work. Follow up with customers who haven't yet scheduled. Confidently ask for the opportunity to earn the customer's business. Build relationships that create repeat customers, referrals, and five-star experiences.
- Schedule & Operations: Own and optimize the daily schedule for our Service Professionals. Coordinate appointments, schedule changes, cancellations, and customer expectations. Keep the field team informed and productive. Identify scheduling or operational problems and take action before they become bigger problems. Make sure important customer information and opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
- Business Development: Develop relationships with local commercial property managers, national service providers, and other strategic partners. Conduct targeted outbound outreach and follow-up. Build relationships that create recurring and referral-based opportunities.
- CRM & Communication: Maintain accurate customer records, notes, schedules, and follow-up activities. Keep our CRM and scheduling systems organized and current. Coordinate information between customers, office staff, and Service Professionals. Track opportunities from first contact through scheduling and follow-up.
What Success Looks Like
