Responsibilities

• Helping with the sales process and looking for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts
• Serving as a point of contact for customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
• Managing customer interactions and expanding customer service horizons

Requirements

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
• High school Diploma or college degree

Qualifications

• Flexible and able to assist where needed
• Ready to contribute as part of a team towards a common goal
• Excited about problem-solving, interacting with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment
