Job Summary
What You'll Do
- Revenue Generation & Sales Follow-Up
- Manage and follow up on unsold estimates and pending sales opportunities.
- Re-engage customers through outbound calls, text messages, and email campaigns.
- Build value, overcome objections, and create urgency to help customers move forward with recommended services.
- Support field sales and service teams in closing opportunities.
- Present financing options, promotions, and available solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up schedules to maximize close rates.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and technician-generated opportunities.
- Track sales activity and customer interactions within ServiceTitan and other company systems.
Strategic Opportunity Management
- Prioritize and dispatch high-value sales opportunities.
- Assign opportunities based on technician performance, availability, and revenue potential.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to maximize capacity and revenue generation.
- Monitor opportunity pipelines and provide updates on sales performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, outbound sales, or customer retention experience.
- Strong closing, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Proven ability to follow up consistently and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Home Services, or related industries preferred.
- ServiceTitan experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Prior residential home services experience preferred.
