About the role
Semper Solaris provides qualified, confirmed company leads and expects Inside Sales professionals to create new opportunities through outbound calling (warm lists) and self-generated leads. This role offers a clear path for career growth and leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for solar, battery storage, roofing, HVAC, windows & doors, and home energy efficiency services.
- Outbound call on warm lists to generate new business opportunities.
- Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience.
- Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up.

Pay
Average earnings over $100K–$200K+; top reps exceed $250K+. Base pay plus unlimited commission potential that is uncapped.
