Inside Sales Representative – Quotations & Project Coordinator - Latin America

Location: Fully Remote
Working hours: 8am PST - 4pm PST, Monday through Friday

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on the coordination of quotations for lighting, lighting controls, and Electrical Switchgear. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, quotation and project management skills, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with management and sales teams to win projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations for lighting, lighting controls, EV Charging, and Switchgear.
• Follow up on quotes to assist customers in clarifying any concerns, issues, or questions.
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance the probability of winning projects.
• Oversee project management for lighting, EV, and switchgear orders.
• Track and modify projects throughout all stages, from post-order entry to project completion.

Pay

Starting salary of $1,500–$2,000 monthly with performance-based increases and variable compensation after 12 months.
