About the role
Crystal D is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Solutions Representative to join their Sales team. This role involves helping customers find creative award and recognition solutions, building strong partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate quotes and guide customers through the sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on opportunities to convert quotes into orders
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct proactive outreach to grow existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
- Become a trusted product expert and resource for customers
Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and sales driven
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software

Pay
Target total compensation for this role is $70,000–$80,000 annually, including base salary and commission opportunities.
Schedule
Standard business hours are 8am-5pm. Occasional extended hours may be required.
