Inside Sales Representative, ***On-Site Only***

Responsibilities

• Contact Center: Handle all forms of communications with customers, providing solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
• New Sales: Drive sales/margin growth by actively closing every contact through phone, live chat, email, social media, and SPIF programs.
• Social Media/Forum Engagement: Communicate with customers on social media platforms, drive customer engagement, and provide clear and effective communication.
• Order Maintenance: Keep customers informed about order updates and communicate ETA's with clear solutions.
• Team Player: Support immediate co-workers and cross-functional teams by participating in tasks with a positive attitude.
• Customer Focused: Keep customer needs front and center, delivering a positive relationship and living by company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Type at 35 words per minute
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Advanced problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and proven time management skills
• Ability to work in a results-oriented work environment
