About the role
Anticimex Carolinas is seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives who can convert inbound inquiries into revenue. This position is not entry-level and requires at least 2 years of successful inside sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls with the goal of converting leads into customers
- Use a consultative approach to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell services to increase customer value and revenue per interaction
- Hit and exceed monthly sales quotas with consistency
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to share techniques and stay sharp on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal communication, rapport-building, and closing skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED (college a plus)

Pay
Base hourly pay + uncapped commission + overtime opportunities
